1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 3jlq platform in any way — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use 3jlq. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered account holders and unregistered visitors to the website.

These Terms and Conditions apply alongside any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the 3jlq platform — including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms. In the event of a conflict, these general Terms and Conditions take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2 Account Eligibility

To create and use a 3jlq account, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person (accounts cannot be registered on behalf of corporations, organisations, or other legal entities).
• You must not be subject to any legal or regulatory restriction that prohibits participation in online gaming activities.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 3jlq employee where this creates a conflict of interest.

3jlq reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or location at any time. Accounts found to have been created by users who do not meet the eligibility requirements above will be suspended and any balances subject to review.

3 Account Registration and Verification

Each person may hold only one registered account on 3jlq. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of any balance held.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or misleading information at the point of registration, or at any later point when requested, is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is required before full account functionality is available, including withdrawals. You may be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period following a request may result in account restrictions.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If your details change after registration, you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits to your 3jlq account must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) using the payment methods available in the deposit section of your account. Accepted methods include local bank transfers, InstaPay, PESONet, online and mobile banking, and local e-wallets as displayed in your account.

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on 3jlq. All funding must originate from a Philippine bank account or local payment account registered in your name.

Third-party deposits — transfers originating from payment accounts not registered in your name — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as having originated from a third party may be returned or held pending further review.

3jlq does not apply a platform-side processing fee on deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own outgoing transfer fees, which are outside 3jlq's control.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of your account when you select a method.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method registered to your account. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account in your name. This policy is in place to protect against fraud and money laundering.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed identity verification (KYC). Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be held until the process is finalised.

Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method selected. InstaPay withdrawals are typically the fastest. Standard bank transfers may take one to three banking days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

3jlq reserves the right to carry out additional verification on withdrawal requests at its discretion, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal. This may extend the processing time for individual requests.

Withdrawals of funds deposited but not yet subject to any applicable wagering activity may be subject to review under the conditions of any active promotion linked to those funds. See Section 8 for details.

6 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 3jlq are final once confirmed via the bet slip. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where a specific cash-out or edit facility is explicitly offered in the sportsbook interface for a particular bet.

Sports bets settle on the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body or competition organiser. If a match is postponed and not played within the applicable result window, the affected selection will generally be voided and the stake returned for single bets, or the selection removed from accumulator bets at its single odds.

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sports bet, 3jlq's determination — based on the official result and applicable sportsbook rules — is final. Obvious errors in odds (such as clearly incorrect prices resulting from a technical fault) do not constitute a valid bet, and 3jlq reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.

7 Casino and Game Rules

Casino game outcomes on 3jlq — including slots, table games, and other non-live games — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers. 3jlq does not control or modify game outcomes.

Live casino game results (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and others) are determined by physical game mechanics — cards, dice, roulette wheels — under the supervision of live dealers operating under standard international game rules.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during a casino game session, 3jlq will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from available records. Where reconstruction is not possible, the outcome may be voided and the stake returned. The platform's decision in such cases is final.

eBingo and online poker operate under their respective standard game rules as displayed within each game's interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before wagering.

8 Promotions and Bonuses

3jlq may offer promotional bonuses, cashback offers, or other incentive programmes to eligible registered players from time to time. Each active promotion is subject to its own specific terms including eligibility conditions, applicable wagering or turnover requirements, minimum deposit amounts where applicable, and any time limits.

Promotion terms are published in the relevant offer details accessible in your account. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of any promotion before opting in or making a qualifying deposit.

3jlq does not publish guaranteed bonus percentages, specific bonus amounts, or wagering multipliers on general pages of the platform outside of active offer details — because these figures are specific to each offer and subject to change. Any claim to the contrary, including by third parties, should not be relied upon.

Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the stated conditions of the relevant promotion. 3jlq reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time and to withhold bonus payments where there is evidence of abuse or manipulation.

9 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3jlq login credentials — your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered contact details. You should not share these with any other person.

3jlq will never ask you to provide your password or OTP via email, chat message, or phone call. Any communication purporting to be from 3jlq that requests your credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 3jlq support immediately to secure your account. 3jlq is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3jlq implements SSL-encrypted connections, OTP verification for new device logins, and identity-verified withdrawal processing as standard security measures. These measures protect your account in conjunction with your own security practices.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 3jlq and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during verification.
• Using third-party payment accounts for deposits or withdrawals.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical faults in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, or software to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated wagering intended to circumvent the sportsbook.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or bonus systems through any means not intended by the game rules.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.

Where a breach of these prohibitions is identified, 3jlq reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void any outstanding bets, and withhold or recover any funds resulting from the prohibited activity. 3jlq may also report such conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.

11 Responsible Gaming

Gaming on 3jlq is intended as entertainment. The platform does not guarantee wins, returns, or profits. Gambling involves risk, and all users should only wager amounts they are comfortable losing.

12 Limitation of Liability

3jlq provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond 3jlq's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3jlq's liability to any user in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount held in that user's account at the time the claim arises. 3jlq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

This limitation does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights under Philippine law that cannot be waived by contract.

13 Changes to These Terms

3jlq reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material, 3jlq will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users through the platform or via the email address on file.

Your continued use of the 3jlq platform after any changes to these Terms and Conditions are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
