Free bets are non-withdrawable. Winnings from free bets may have additional conditions. Terms vary per campaign.
Active 3jlq members accumulate loyalty points as they play across casino games, live tables, eBingo, and the sportsbook. These points can be converted into bonus credits or other account benefits depending on your loyalty tier. The more consistently you play, the more your tier advances over time.
Points are earned on eligible wagers. Tier advancement is based on cumulative activity. Full programme details are in your account.

| Term | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Opt-in Required | You must actively select the promotion in your account before making the qualifying deposit or activity. Bonuses are not applied automatically unless specifically stated. |
| Wagering Requirement | The total amount of eligible bets you must place before any bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. The specific multiplier is shown in the individual offer terms. |
| Game Contribution | Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino and slots may have different contribution rates. This is specified in the offer terms. |
| Expiry Period | Bonuses and any associated wagering conditions must be completed within a set number of days after the bonus is credited. Unused bonus balances expire after this period. |
| Maximum Bet with Bonus | When playing with an active bonus, a maximum single bet limit may apply. Bets placed above this limit may void the bonus. Check each offer's terms carefully. |
| Eligible Games | Some promotions apply only to specific game categories — for example, slots only, or live casino tables. Playing outside the eligible category may not count towards bonus conditions. |
